Manhattan Meatballs |
Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef 2 cups torn bread slices 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 eggs 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons margarine 1 jar (10 ounces) apricot preserves 1/2 cup barbecue sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly. Shape into 1" meatballs. Brown in margarine; drain. Place in 11" x 7" baking dish. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
