Mango-Pineapple Chutney

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups fresh pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into 1/3-inch cubes)

2/3 cup mango, peeled & cut into 1/3-inch cubes

1/2 cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

4 whole cloves

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

In a heavy medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
