Lima Beans with Oysters

Ingredients:

3 cans (1 pound each) baby lima beans, drained

2 cans oysters, not drained

1 teaspoon thyme

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Directions:

In a large saucepan, stir together all of the ingredients. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat; drain and serve. More butter may be added if desired.

Yields 8 servings.
