Leftover Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

yesterday's leftover fried chicken, deboned

1 package dry onion soup mix

1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

water

biscuits or rice

Directions:

In a skillet, mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup, and enough water to make consistency of a gravy. Stir chicken into the gravy. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over hot biscuit or rice.
