Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:

1 stick butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs, well beaten

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vinegar and blend together. Add pecans, raisins and coconut and mix well.

Pour into a buttered 9" pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
