Jalapeno Corn Casserole |
Ingredients: 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn 1 can (14.75 ounces) cream-style corn 1/2 cup cornmeal 1 egg, beaten 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 garlic cloves 1 onion, finely chopped 1-4 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (depends on how hot you want it) Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set and slightly browned on top. |
