Italian Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:

3-4 pound beef roast

1 package dry Italian dressing

1 jar (10 ounces) mild pepperocinni peppers

2 beef bouillon cubes

1 package of hoagie buns

1 package mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:

Put beef roast in crock pot. Sprinkle on Italian dressing, add bouillon cubes and peppers with juice. Cook in crock pot for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.

With a fork, shred the meat. Place meat on hoagie bun; add generous amount of mozzarella cheese and place in microwave oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
