Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

2 tablespoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1 3/4 cup boiling water

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the dry ingredients (first 5 listed). Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla with a fork until smooth. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly in ungreased 9" x 9" baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dish and serve.
