Hot Fudge Sauce |
Ingredients: 3 ounces (3 squares) semi-sweet chocolate 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 can (5.25 ounces) evaporated milk Directions: In small saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Heat until hot and thickened, stirring constantly. Serve warm or cool. |
