Hot Corn Dip

Ingredients:

1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies, drained

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 small red pepper, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives, for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except the olives in a bowl. Place into an ungreased 8" x 8" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking, scatter sliced olives on top. Serve hot with a variety of chips and crackers.
