Hamburger Stroganoff |
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 3 slices bacon, diced 1/2 cup chopped onion 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 cup water 1 cup sour cream 1 package noodles Directions: Brown hamburger and bacon; stir until fine. Add onion and cook until tender; drain. Add paprika, pepper and salt. Stir in soup and water. Cook slowly 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream and hest, but don't boil. Serve over hot, buttered noodles. |
