Grape Pie

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

3 cups purple grapes, seeded, pulp & skins put together

2 unbaked pie shells, one for bottom and one for lattice top

2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and lemon peel; mix well. Add grapes and stir again. Pour into 9" pie shell; dot small pieces of butter over the filling. Cover with twisted lattice top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out fairly clean.
