Gourmet Chicken Breasts |
Ingredients: 1 jar (8 ounces) dried beef 24 slices of bacon, half-way precooked in microwave 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup 1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 9" x 13" baking pan with dried beef. Wrap 3 slices of bacon around each chicken breast and place over dried beef. Combine soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice if desired. Yield: 8 servings |
