Gelatin Delight

Ingredients:

1 package (3 ounces) orange-flavored gelatin

1 package (3 ounces) cherry-flavored gelatin

2 cups boiling water

20 ice cubes

1 cup grapes, sliced & pitted

1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

1 can (8.25 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

whipped cream

Directions:

In a large bowl, dissolve both gelatins in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until partially thickened. Remove remaining ice cubes. Stir in grapes, walnuts and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about one hour. Stir once during setting time to prevent fruits and nuts from settling. Spoon into dessert glasses and top with whipped cream.
