Fudgy Chocolate Frosting |
Ingredients: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 3 ounces (3 squares) unsweetened chocolate, melted 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Directions: In a medium bowl, beat butter and confectioners' sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; continue beating until shiny and smooth. Spread frosting on cake. |
