Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup half-and-half cream

1/4 cup light corn syrup

3 tablespoons butter, softened

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Whisk cocoa and sugar in a saucepan to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until smooth.

Serve warm on top of waffles, pancakes, ice cream, or sundae.
