Fruit Salad |
Ingredients: 1 can (14 ozs.) pineapple tidbits, drained (but reserve juice) 1 box (3.4 ozs.) French vanilla pudding 1 tube (2-quart size) Crystal Lite pink lemonade 1 can (11 ozs.) mandarin oranges, drained 1 can (29 ozs.) tropical fruit, drained 2 bananas, sliced 1 cup green grapes, sliced in halves 1 cup red grapes, sliced in halves 1 cup blueberries 1 cup strawberries, sliced Directions: In a large bowl, mix the pudding and lemonade with the pineapple juice. Add the fruits and mix gently. Chill for two hours. |
