Frozen Party Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained

1 can (16 ounces) apricot halves, drained & cubed

1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

4 drops red food coloring

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

In a medium bowl, gradually add salad dressing to cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in fruit, sugar and food coloring; fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Mix well and pour into 9" x 5" dish. Freeze.
