Frozen Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

1 can (16 ozs.) whole berry cranberry sauce

1 can (9.25 ozs.) crushed, unsweetened pineapple, drained

1 carton (8 ozs.) sour cream

1/4 cup confectioners sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Divide evenly into muffin pans. Freeze.

To serve, let stand 10 minutes. Serve each on two lettuce leaves.
