Foo Yung Toss

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, torn into bite sizes

1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, rinsed & drained

1 can (5 ounces) water chestnuts, drained & sliced

5 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

2 hard-boiled eggs, cubed

1 can chow mein noodles

Dressing:

1/2 cup cooking oil

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup tomato catsup

1/4 cup apple vinegar

2 tablespoons grated onion

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Have lettuce dry; toss the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl. Just before serving, add the noodles and dressing; toss and coat.
