Enchilada Pie

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper

2 cans refried beans

24 corn tortillas, divided

2 cans red chili sauce

2 pounds cheese, grated

1 large onion, chopped

1 large can (3.8 ounces) chopped olives

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large skillet, brown the beef, seasoned with salt & pepper. In a separate saucepan, warm the beans. Dip the tortillas in the chili sauce. In 11" x 9" baking dish, cover the bottom of dish  with tortillas. Next, add a layer of  beans, layer of beef, thin layer of cheese, onions & olives. Finish with the final tortillas, covered with balance of sauce and cheese. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 8 servings.
