Earthquake Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup pecans

1 bag (10 ounces) sweetened shredded coconut

1 box (18.25 ounces) German chocolate cake mix

1 package (8 oounces) cream cheese

1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine

1 box confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 10" x 14" pan. Mix pecans and coconut together and spread in bottom of pan.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box (adding eggs, oil & water) and pour over coconut & pecan mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

NOTE: The top of the cake should crack and look like an earthquake
