Dirty Cheese Potatoes

No, these are not dirty; it gets the name from some of the peeling still being on the potatoes.

Ingredients:

20 medium-sized potatoes, only half of the peeling removed and then cubed

1 stick butter

2 packages (8 ounces each) mozzarella cheese

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Place potato cubes in a large cooking pot, adding enough cold water to cover about 3 inches above the potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Drain.

Add salt, pepper and butter and mash with hand masher, not trying to get every lump out. Add two cheeses and work with hand masher again
