Crock Pot Potato Chowder

Ingredients:

8 cups diced potatoes

1/3 cup onion, chopped

3 cans (14 ounces each) chicken broth

1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed

1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

chopped fresh chives, for garnish

1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a crock pot, combine the potatoes, onion, broth and soup. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese and mix well. Scoop into soup bowls and top with bacon bits, chives, and shredded cheese..
