Crispy Cheese Wafers

Ingredients:

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup margarine

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons poppy seed

1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cheese and margarine; stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add flour; mix well. Form dough into sticks, 1/4" in diameter. Place on cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap; chill several hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator; carefully remove sticks to plates in order to wash, dry and then grease the cookie sheet; bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
