Creamy Orange Fluff

Ingredients:

1 package (6 oz.) orange gelatin

2 1/2 cups boiling water

2 cans (11 ozs. each) mandarin oranges

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple

1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and then add next three ingredients. Place mixture in 9" x 13" dish and place in refrigerator for several hours, until firm.

Icing:

Mix together 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 cup cold milk, and 1 package (3.1 ozs.) instant vanilla pudding. Cover gelatin with icing. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
