Creamy Brownie Frosting |
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter, softened 3 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa 1 tablespoon light corn syrup or honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1-2 tablespoons milk Directions: In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter, cocoa, syrup and vanilla. Add confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon milk; beat to spreading consistency, adding more milk if needed. Spread over your brownies. Yields: about 1 cup frosting |
