Cream Cheese Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 package (3 ozs.) cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

dash salt

3 3/4 cups confectioners sugar

1-2 tablespoons milk

2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, vanilla and salt; beat until light and fluffy. Add sugar slowly, beating on low speed. Stir in 1 tablespoon milk and melted chocolate. Beat until fluffy. Add additional tablespoon of milk if needed.
