Crack Salad

Ingredients:

1 bag of prepackaged coleslaw mix

2 packages (3 ounces each) chicken-flavored Ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning package reserved

1/4 cup sliced almonds

3-4 green onions, chopped (more or less, according to your taste)

1 cup cooking oil

6 tablespoons vinegar

4 tablespoons sugar

the seasoning package from Ramen noodles

1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper

Directions:

In a large salad bowl, mix the first four ingredients together and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, sugar, seasoning and pepper. Pour over the cole slaw mixture just before you're ready to serve. It does not keep well, so don't do it in advance.
