Crab Nachos

Ingredients:

8 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped

1/4 cup green onions with tops, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, snipped

2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

zest of 1 lime

large package of tortilla chips

1 package (16 ounces) sour cream

salsa

guacamole

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spread tortilla chips in ovenproof bowls or plates and top with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes (or until cheese in melted). Remove from oven and add toppings to your taste.
