Cowboy Beans

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 pound ground beef

2 cans (15 ounces each) pork 'n' beans

1 cup tomato ketchup

1 cup barbeque sauce

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 can (15 ounces) chili beans

Directions:

In a large skillet, simmer onion and pepper in cooking oil until tender. Add ground beef and cook until there is no longer pink in the meat.

Add pork 'n' beans, ketchup, barbeque sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer until all beans are hot. Add chili beans 30 minutes before serving. Continue to simmer until hot.
