Cottage Cheese Salad |
Ingredients: 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin 1 cup small curd cottage cheese 1 carton Cool Whip Directions: In a medium saucepan, bring can of pineapple & its juice to a boil; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Pour into salad bowl and let cool; add cottage cheese and whipped cream. Stir well; refrigerate until ready to serve. |
