Corn Casserole |
Ingredients: 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained 1 can (14.75 ounces) cream-style corn, undrained 1 cup sour cream 2 eggs, at room temperature 2 sticks margarine, melted 1 box corn muffin mix Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot. |
