Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pie shell (9")

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk

2 eggs

2 tablespoons self-rising flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes, or until crust is brown.

Top off with meringue and bake again according to directions: Pie Meringue
