Coconut Icing

Ingredients:

1 carton (16 ounces) sour cream

1 package (12 ounces) flaked coconut

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups refrigerated whipped topping

Directions:

Combine sour cream, coconut and sugar. Mix well; reserve 1 cup. Spread icing between layers of your cake. Mix the 1 cup coconut mixture with whipped topping; spread on top and sides of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
