Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar

1 1/4 cups water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and let boil for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

This can be used over ice cream, yellow cake, or a pound cake.
