Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa

2 eggs, at room temperature

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 small can (5.5 ounces) evaporated milk

1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, vanilla, butter and milk. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
