Chocolate-Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

1 box of graham crackers

Directions:

Mix the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Place in plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for another hour. Just before serving, roll ball in chopped pecans and serve with graham crackers.
