Chili Tots

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

2 cans (15 ozs. each) chili without beans

1 can (8 ozs.) tomato sauce

1 can (2 1/4 ozs.) sliced ripe olives, drained

1 can (4 ozs.) chopped green chilies

2 cups (8 ozs.) shredded cheddar cheese

1 package (32 ozs.) frozen Tater Tots

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili, tomato sauce, olives and chilies. Transfer to two greased 8" square baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and top with Tater Tots.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.

Note: If both casseroles are not needed, one can be frozen for up to 3 months. To use the frozen casserole, remove from the freezer 30 minutes before baking. Do not completely thaw. Cover and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through.  Yields: 6 servings for each casserole.
