Chili-Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients:

4 ounces lasagna noodles

2 cans (15 ounces each) chili con carne, with no beans

1/2 cup Coca-Cola

1/2 cup chili sauce

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup small curd cottage cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine the chili, Coca-Cola, chili sauce and pepper and heat well (but stop before boiling).

Layer 1/3 of noodles into a 9" x 13" baking pan. Add layer of 1/3 chili mixture and 1/3 of each kind of cheese.

Repeat layers twice.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then 5 minutes uncovered.
