Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into very small pieces

1 can green chilies

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese

1 egg, at room temperature

1 jar (16 ounces) thick salsa - Note: Experiment with the amount; you might not want to use all 16 ounces.

1 package (8 ounces) shredded Colby Jack cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix the first four ingredients. Put in greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Put salsa on top, then the shredded cheese. Bake for another 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with slices of French bread.
