Chicken 'n' Rice |
Ingredients: 2 cups instant rice, uncooked 3 cans cream of chicken soup 8 chicken breasts 1 package onion soup mix Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the rice and chicken soup. Place into an 11" x 9" baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of all chicken breasts. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. |
