Cherry Salad

Ingredients:

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple

1 cup granulated sugar

1 box (3 ounces) cherry gelatin

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 carton (8 ounces) cream cheese

1 can bing cherries

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

In a saucepan, mix the pineapple and sugar; boil for 5 minutes. Let cool and add gelatin. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix condensed milk, cream cheese, cherries and nuts. In a glass salad bowl, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
