Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

1 pound Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes

1 package (10 ozs.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

4 ounces cream cheese, cut up in small pieces

1 can (10 ozs.) diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained

8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions:

Place cheese into large microwaveable bowl. Add spinach, cream cheese, tomatoes & chilies, and bacon.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.

Serve hot with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
