Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup

1 1/3 cups water

3/4 cup uncooked rice

2 cups mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine soup, water, rice, vegetables, and onion powder in a 12" x 8" baking dish.

Top with chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Top with cheese when removed from oven.
