Cashew Icing

Ingredients:

1 can (14 ozs.) condensed milk

1 can water (using milk can)

1 lb. cashews, raw and unsalted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:

In food processor, chop cashews as fine as possible.

In medium saucepan, add all ingredients. Boil until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool. Do NOT attempt to use icing while it is hot.
