Carrot Salad |
Ingredients: 1 bunch fresh carrots, shredded or chopped 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup mayonnaise Directions: Blend all ingredients together in salad bowl. Let set over night to marinate. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. |
