Cajun Hot Wings

Ingredients:

50 chicken wings, cut in two pieces

1 bottle (12 ounces) Durkee hot sauce

2 sticks butter, melted

2 tablespoons parsley

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

salt & flour to coat chicken wings

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Deep fry chicken wings after coating them with salt and flour. Drain well. Simmer sauce for 1-2 hours. Dip wings into sauce. Layer the wings in 10" x 15" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes uncovered.
