Butternut Squash Pie |
Ingredients: 2 cups butternut squash 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell, 9" 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the first six ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve with whipped topping. |
