Buttermilk Pie |
Ingredients: 2 cups granulated sugar 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup buttermilk 1 stick butter juice of 1 lemon 4 eggs, at room temperature 1 unbaked pie shell Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes or until center is firm. |
